About returns, exchanges and cancellations
[Returns and exchanges]
For our customers' peace of mind, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the product regardless of reason.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges if you have received a broken, damaged or defective product.
In the case of a return or cancellation for other reasons, such as not being satisfied with the design, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping and processing fees.
After we have received the defective product and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition, we will refund your payment to your account.
In case of returns for other reasons, the following fees will be deducted.
・Administration fee: 4% of the order amount
・Shipping (for orders that qualified for free shipping): 185 yen or the actual shipping cost
Please note that the original shipping cost for your order will not be refunded.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Products that have passed 8 days or more since arrival at the customer.
・Products that have been used or unwrapped by the customer, even once.
・Products that have been damaged by the customer
・Seasonal sale products, special sale products, custom-made products and outlet products
[Cancellations]
We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.
In the case of custom-made products, we cannot accept cancellations after production has begun.
