[Lost]
If you lose one side of your ear accessory, we can make just a single replacement if the ceramic piece is in stock.
Even if you don't have a pottery shard, we may be able to create one using a shard with a similar feel, so please feel free to contact us.
In any case, when contacting us, please also let us know your name, contact information, place of purchase, purchase date, and details of the defective part.

If you purchased from a consignment sales store, please contact the store where you made the purchase.

[Lost items]
If you lose part of a set, such as earrings, we can make a replacement if we have the pottery pieces in stock.
Even if we do not have a similar piece of pottery in stock, we can provide alternatives using parts that evoke the same image. Please feel free to contact us, and we will let you know all available options.
In either case, please let us know your name, contact information, place/location of purchase, time of purchase and details of the missing piece.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations
[Returns & Exchanges]
For your peace of mind while shopping, items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, regardless of the reason.
For returns or exchanges due to defective, damaged, or faulty items, shipping costs will be covered by our company.
If a return or cancellation is requested due to the customer's personal preference, such as a difference in impression, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees, bank transfer fees, and any other related costs.
After the returned item arrives, we will confirm that it is unused and in its original condition, and then refund the applicable amount to the payment account.
For returns due to customer reasons, the following fees will be deducted:
・Handling fee: 4% of the order amount
・Shipping fee (for orders with free shipping): 185 yen postage (or the actual shipping cost incurred)
Please note that the shipping fee charged at the time of order will not be refunded.
Also, please note that items cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
・Items for which more than 8 days have passed since delivery
