*"Kintsugi" is a traditional Japanese repair technique that connects cracked or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. This work is created using a modern "simplified Kintsugi" technique. Unlike traditional Kintsugi made with raw tree sap (Hon-urushi), the bonding itself uses adhesive.

The Kintsugi parts are made using lacquer (paint manufactured by a specialist, not raw lacquer) and gold powder (brass powder, pearl powder), and UV resin is also used for reinforcement.
